The PiPo™ trademark is used in connection with the company’s business activities in hydrocarbon exploration and development and energy-related infrastructure projects.

PiPo™ does not engage in consumer lending, financing, deposit-taking, online investment services, or other regulated financial services.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• PiPo™ has no corporate affiliation, ownership relationship, management relationship, partnership, contractual relationship, or business association with PIPO Financing (PH), Inc.
• PiPo™ does not operate any consumer-lending, financing, online-investment, deposit-taking, or financial-services platform.
• PiPo™ does not solicit deposits, consumer loans, or investments from members of the general public through websites, messaging applications, social media platforms, or unsolicited communications.
• PiPo™ will never request passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), banking credentials, or other confidential financial information from members of the public.

Members of the public are advised to exercise appropriate caution when accessing websites or receiving online communications, social media messages, or other correspondence purporting to originate from or be associated with PiPo™.

• Report suspicious websites, online accounts, or communications to the appropriate authorities or directly to PiPo™ through its official communication channels.

REFERENCE TO SEC PUBLIC ADVISORY

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a public advisory entitled “Public Advisory on the Unauthorized Use of the Corporate Identity of PIPO Financing (PH), Inc. (‘PIPO’) by a Fake Website.” The subject of the SEC advisory is the unauthorized use of the corporate identity of PIPO Financing (PH), Inc. by a fake website. PIPO Financing (PH), Inc. is a separate, distinct, and wholly unrelated entity from PiPo™.

For the avoidance of doubt, PiPo™ is not the subject of, implicated in, or otherwise connected with the matters addressed in the said SEC advisory.

The SEC advisory is referenced herein solely for purposes of public clarification and to mitigate any actual or potential confusion arising from the similarity between the PiPo™ trademark and the names “PIPO” and “PIPO Financing (PH), Inc.”

Nothing contained in this Press Release and Public Advisory shall be construed as representing that the SEC advisory was issued against, refers to, implicates, or otherwise concerns PiPo™ or the business activities conducted under the PiPo™ trademark.
