PiPo™ is issuing this advisory to help avoid potential public confusion arising from the similarity between the PiPo™ trademark and the name of another company referenced in a recent Securities and Exchange Commission advisory. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a public advisory concerning an unauthorized website impersonating PIPO Financing (PH), Inc., a financing company. While that advisory does not concern PiPo™, the similarity in names may lead members of the public to mistakenly associate PiPo™ with online lending, financing, investment schemes, or other financial services.

PiPo™ has become aware that the similarity between the “PiPo™” name and the name of another company has the potential to cause confusion among members of the public. PiPo™ is a registered trademark in the Philippines under Trademark Registration No. PH4202500508127, registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) on 09 May 2025 under Nice Classification Class 35. The trademark is used in connection with the companys’ business activities in oil and gas exploration and development, and energy related infrastructure projects. PiPo™ does not engage in consumer lending, financing, deposit-taking, or other regulated financial services.

For the avoidance of doubt

• PiPo™ has no corporate affiliation, ownership relationship, partnership, or business association with PIPO Financing (PH), Inc.
• PiPo™ does not operate any public lending, consumer-financing, online-investment, or financial-services platform.
• PiPo™ does not solicit deposits, consumer loans, or investments from the general public through websites, messaging applications, social media, or unsolicited communications.
• PiPo™ will never request passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), banking credentials, or other confidential financial information from members of the public.

Protect yourself

• Verify that you are communicating only through PiPo™’s official website at https://pipo.ph.
• Confirm that email communications originate only from the @pipo.ph domain.
• Exercise caution when receiving unsolicited messages claiming to represent PiPo™.
• Never disclose passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), banking credentials, or sensitive personal information through unsolicited communications.
• Report suspicious websites, online accounts, or communications to the appropriate authorities or directly to PiPo™ through its official contact channels.
