PiPo™ traces its origins to 2012, when it was formed as a Philippine-registered corporation committed to responsible, forward-looking oil and gas exploration. Established under its SEC-registered corporate entity, PiPo™ now operates under a unified brand that reflects its long-term vision and commitment to transparency, innovation, and stakeholder trust.

Following a leadership transition in 2022, PiPo™ was revitalized under the direction of its newly appointed CEO and President, Rica Ruth Alexandra Serenio. The renewed vision aligns with the Philippines’ energy independence agenda and reinforces PiPo™’s role as a catalyst for unlocking indigenous petroleum systems across underexplored regions.

Today, PiPo™ is composed of a cross-disciplinary team of experienced geologists, engineers, policy experts, and business professionals, with operations anchored in General Santos City and a satellite office in Cebu, Philippines. Our operational philosophy is rooted in ESG principles—emphasizing environmental responsibility, transparent governance, and inclusive local engagement.
